Where do you ship from?

All of our products ship from Los Angeles, California.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We will be shipping to international locations in the future.

How long will it take to get my order?

We ship domestic orders using Fedex ground, UPS ground, 2Day air, and Standard overnight shipping. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 and these will be sent out using FedEx ground, USPS ground, or UPS ground. Ground shipping takes around 5-7 days to arrive after being picked up by the carrier. Please give express shipping options 1 day to ship after placing (except on weekends). Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How much is domestic shipping?

We offer free domestic shipping to the continental United States for all orders over US $50. Shipping costs for all other locations will be calculated at checkout.

Do I have to pay duties or taxes?

Customers are responsible for eventual duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s).

When will my purchase ship?

We want you to have your new YXO product as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).

How can I track my order?

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

What's your return policy?

We hope you’ll love your order, but if it isn’t quite right returning to us is easy. You can return unused items with tags to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Simply contact to start a return, our team will assist you. For more information on our returns policy please visit our returns page. Please note, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
